Zena Joseph  MD

Zena Joseph MD


Dr. Joseph has been serving the community as a family physician for over 7 years. Born and raised in Toronto before attending medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada and residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, she has lived in New York for over 10 years with her husband and three children. She received the Community Physician Teacher of the Year award from the Stony Brook University Medical Center Family Medicine Program in 2016. She was also the consulting physician for the Longwood School district. Dr. Joseph’s hobbies include traveling, discovering new cuisines, fitness, and chauffeuring her children.

Nathaniel A Crow, MD

Dr. Crow is originally from West Virginia where he went to medical school at Marshall University. He then went onto family practice residency at Stony Brook University where he served as the chief resident. He places a strong emphasis on community outreach. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys backcountry camping and fishing.

Michelle Maurina  MS, AGNP-C

Michelle Maurina MS, AGNP-C


Michelle is a nationally certified nurse practitioner in adult and gerontological health in the primary care setting. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at St. Joseph’s College and Master’s degree at Stony Brook University. Michelle is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island. She worked at Mather Hospital as a nurse for 15 years specializing in critical care and is also a certified CPR instructor.

David Portnoy, DO

David Portnoy, DO


David Portnoy is a Physician board certified in Family Medicine. He is originally from Connecticut where he went to UConn for undergraduate studies in biological sciences and music. He moved to New York in 2013 and went to NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school. He then completed family medicine residency training at South Nassau Communities Hospital and Jamaica Hospital. He is new to the MD365 family but he look forward to serving the communities of Suffolk County as a primary care provider.
